Days in office at times become so swampy : planning, plotting and politics and what not. Are n’t they spoiling environment ? Many of us might try to hide this and say, they are not doing this but are unnecessary getting involve. But I am sure people take part and play clever on their own judgements.

People tend to hear less and process more of grey cells with prejudice i.e. pre conceived notions. Reality is not driven by notion but they are facts. Every decision affects every other people involved in some way or the other, good or bad ? Listening, thinking and then a judgement made on facts leads to success, else spoils what not. Many such incidents happening round each one of us, hitting which part of heart you never know. Being good listener, concerned and open mind gonna surely facilitate growth for each one of us.
